Getting to every hall at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani

From the hotel, every IMPACT venue is roughly the same distance away, about 28 km, since IMPACT Arena, Thunder Dome, IMPACT Challenger, and IMPACT Exhibition Hall are all in the same area of Muang Thong Thani. None of them are within walking distance, you'll need a car or the train.

The times below are estimates for planning purposes. On days with major events at IMPACT, allow an extra 20 to 30 minutes, since traffic gets heavy just before an event starts and right after it ends.

Parking and getting to the airport

The hotel offers free valet parking for guests, a clear advantage for a central Sukhumvit location where parking is normally expensive. If you drive yourself, you can leave the car at the hotel and take the train to Muang Thong Thani on heavy traffic days, or drive via the expressway yourself if you're heading out early.

For airport connections, the location has an edge: MRT Sukhumvit, which connects directly to the hotel, continues on to Phetchaburi station, where you can transfer to the Airport Rail Link at Makkasan. If you're using a private car or ride-hailing, the Asok stretch of Sukhumvit Road gives easy expressway access to both airports.

Tips for anyone attending an event at IMPACT

Staying in the Asok area and heading to Muang Thong Thani for an event works well if you plan your timing carefully. The key is matching your mode of transport to the time of day. Morning or early afternoon trips by car are usually fine, but the return trip after a concert ends is when tens of thousands of vehicles are leaving Muang Thong Thani at once.

Meals are worth planning too, since you might not get back to Asok until well past midnight. Keep 24-hour room service as your backup plan from the start.
