Rules found at almost every event
- Outside food and drinks Mostly not allowed. The hall has stalls selling drinks and snacks.
- Interchangeable-lens cameras Not allowed at most concerts. Phone cameras are fine, as permitted by the organizer.
- Umbrellas, tripods, selfie sticks Usually need to be left outside.
- Light sticks and fan banners Many events set a size limit (for example, no larger than A4). Check each event's announcement.
- Bags Everyone's bag is checked at the door. Large bags slow down entry.
Before you go
Read the organizer's announcement on our event page or the organizer's page. It will state the door opening time, ticket exchange time, and items specifically prohibited for that event. Rules can differ between events even when held in the same hall.
Storing items
If you have items that aren't allowed inside, your hotel is the most convenient place to leave them. If you're staying at Novotel or ibis, you can walk back to drop them off and return to the hall within 10 minutes.
